The Board of Directors of Southern Oregon Camp Kiwanis conducts the business of S.O.C.K.  The governing documents are the Bylaws and the Articles of Incorporation.  The Board meets quarterly, does other business online, and conducts an annual meeting once a year, at camp.

Interested parties are invited to attend a board meeting or to contact the Board of Directors if interested in applying to hold a board seat.
